Clash of Clans

This game is addicting. Television advertisements work! I've been playing for around a month and now I pretty much eat, sleep and breathe clash of clans. For anyone who doesn't know what Clash of Clans is go on wikipedia right now and look it up, better yet go on Clash of Clans wikia which explains the game even more because I'm not going to waste space explaining the game. Anyways, most of the time I go on the game and do absolutely nothing except look at my base, collect my resources, look at my clan which has my friend in it and then look at my friend's base just to see what he's up to. I could upgrade my base but if my builder's aren't free I can't do that. i could attack another players base but yeah I'll get more into that later.

If anyone wants to join we are currently accepting new members. Currently I'm at Town Hall 6 with mostly level 4 walls and the rest level 5 walls. Level 6 walls are pretty expensive but I hope to have most of my walls level 6 before I upgrade my TH. As for my defense besides walls I have:

2 Mortars at Level 3
2 Wizard Towers at Level 1 and 2
1 Air Defense at Level 3
3 Archer Towers at Level 6
3 Cannons at Level 6
Clan Castle at Level 2
and some traps

As for the rest:

3 Army Camps at Level 5
3 Barracks, two at Level 7 and one at Level 4
A laboratory at Level 4
A Spell Factory at Level 1
3 Builder's Huts
2 Gold Storages at Level 10 and 9
2 Elixir Storages at Level 10 and 9
Six gold mines at Level 9,9,8,8,7,7
Six elixir pumps at Level 9.9.8.8.7,7

My Strategy

I only attack when I'm not shielded except this one time when I was pushing to upgrade my Town Hall to level 6. I'm currently at 729 trophies and usually stay in the 700-900 trophy.. There's pretty good loot I usually get 50-150 in resources per raid using goblins, giants and archers. Sometimes I find bases quickly other times I spend 10,000 or so just to find a good base. I plan on maxing everything out before upgrading to Town Hall 7. My friend and only other clanmate rushed from Town Hall 5 to Town Hall 6. Which I think is stupid. He should have enjoyed not ever getting attacked at Town Hall 5 and not rushed his base. Now it looks like he is losing alot of money from getting raided. He at least needs to build some walls as currently he is Town Hall 6 with none. Oh well to each his own. Our two person clan needs more people!
